All my recommendations will be tailored specifically to your little persons needs (and yours of course! Because in case nobody told you - they very much matter too.)

A sleep coach in your pocket for 2 weeks.

Most sleep support hands you a plan and wishes you luck. This is different. I start by getting a really clear picture of what's going on for you and your child, share personalised recommendations by email, and then support you via WhatsApp text & voice chat for 2 week while you navigate changes.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. You fill in an intake questionnaire and sleep diary

  2. I review everything and send personalised recommendations by email

  3. Two weeks of WhatsApp support begins as you start making changes

  4. We get to the bottom of what's going on, and work together to get you feeling more confident & rested!

WHO IT’S FOR:
This is the ideal option for you if you’re experiencing frequent night wakes, nap challenges, bedtime battles, early rises, split nights - or if you are just looking for some reassurance that you’re doing the right things!

One-off Video Call.

The baby sleep world can feel like a confusing (and often contradictory) minefield.. So during this 50-minute video call, you can ask any and all of your questions about your little one’s sleep - no question too silly - and we’ll gently debunk the myths and misconceptions along the way. (Spoiler: you’re not creating bad habits or failing to teach them anything!)

HOW IT WORKS:
Before our call, I’ll ask you to complete a simple, comprehensive questionnaire so I can get a clear picture of your situation and goals.
During our 50 minutes together, we’ll dive straight into what matters most to you - and you’re welcome to take as many notes as you like so you leave feeling informed, confident, and supported.

WHO IT’S FOR:
This session is for anyone who’s feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure how to best support their small human - and who’s ready for real, tailored, attachment-focused, evidence-based guidance (without any sleep training BS).

Please note: call availability is Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays between 9.30-2pm, term time only. This is a one-off call with no write up or follow-up included.

EDUCATION

Normalising what’s actually normal when it comes to infant sleep (rather than the sleep training BS that’s so commonly spread!) - so that you can ditch the guilt and feel confident giving your little one the support they need.

PLAYING DETECTIVE!

Identifying potential issues that could be causing your little one to struggle with getting to sleep or staying asleep, and ruling out any ‘red flags’ that could benefit from further investigation,

MAKING GENTLE CHANGES

Together we review everything that could be having an impact on their sleep (inc. many things you may not have considered!) + I’ll make respectful recommendations which allow you to continue supporting + responding.

Whatever's going on with your child's sleep, the way I approach it is always the same - we get to the bottom of what's actually causing the struggle, rather than trying to force a fix.

Removing barriers, not forcing behaviour

A lot of sleep support focuses on behavioural intervention. On getting your child to do something differently. But that's not what we do here.

Instead, we start by asking why.

Why is sleep hard right now?
What's getting in the way?

Is it something biological, developmental, environmental - or a mix of things?

We start from the belief that your child isn't broken and doesn't need fixing. They just need the right conditions, environment and support in order to feel safe and able to sleep.

NO 12 HOUR SLEEP GUARANTEES HERE…

I want to be honest with you: I can't promise that sleep will be "fixed" - and I'd be wary of anyone who does! Babies and toddlers are not robots! And are not problems to be solved. Some sleep challenges have a root cause and can absolutely be improved. Others are just part of this season of life and the real support comes in adjusting your expectations and setup to.

But what I can promise is that most families come away feeling calmer, less stressed, and much more confident in how to support their child. Sometimes that shift in how you feel about sleep matters just as much as the sleep itself.
