ONE TO ONE SLEEP SUPPORT

Gentle, personalised support for families who want better sleep - without sleep training

If you're here, I’m guessing sleep feels really hard right now. Perhaps bedtimes are a battle? Nights feel long and all over the place? You are completely running on empty? You’re not sure you can keep going like this, but you aren’t sure what the other options are?

You’re not alone in this.. I’m here to help.

ONE-TO-ONE SUPPORT IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF…

you’re feeling overwhelmed & stuck. You’re fed up of hearing conflicting ideas about what you should be doing. You know you don’t want to sleep train, but you also know you can’t keep going like this.

Maybe you've read every article, joined every group, tried every "trick", and nothing's landed, because nobody's actually sat down and taken the time to understand your baby, and your experience.

Nothing here is one-size-fits-all. Everything starts with understanding who your little one is - and who you are too, because you matter in this just as much as your little one.

HERE’S HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU ↓

SUITABLE FROM BIRTH +

Single Session | £75

One-off video call - 60 minutes

A space to bring every question you have about your baby's sleep (no question too silly, nothing too small) and be properly heard while we work through it. I'll ask about the parts you haven't thought to mention. We'll look at what's biological, what's relational, what's nervous-system, and what might just be your instincts trying to tell you something.

Where we might spend the time:

  • Working out what's actually biologically normal for your baby's age and stage

  • Checking for anything worth a closer look - tongue ties, allergies, sensory or gut-related contributors

  • Untangling a specific pattern or challenge that's had you stuck

  • Weighing your own instincts against everything you've been told

  • Getting ready for a specific change - returning to work, night weaning, a new sleep space…

By the end of the call, you'll have:

  • A clearer picture of what's actually going on

  • A way to tell "normal" apart from "worth investigating further"

  • Something concrete to try, or a clear next step

  • Some of your confidence back

How it works: Before we speak, you'll fill in a short questionnaire so I've got a picture of your situation before we even start. Then we spend 60 minutes together talk through exactly what matters most to you.

Please note: no written plans are shared as part of this plan.

MOST POPULAR | SUITABLE FROM BIRTH +

A Month of Support | £325

A 60 minute call, then a month of me in your corner.

Most sleep support hands you a plan and wishes you luck. This is different. We start with a proper conversation (the same depth as a Single Session) so I properly understand your child, your situation and your experience. From there, I send personalised thoughts by email, then I'm with you via WhatsApp for a full month to offer support to your child - and to you - while you make changes and see what shifts.

If you’ve already booked a Single Session and want to deepen the journey, you can upgrade for £250 within a week of your session.

What's included:

  • The initial call (60 minutes)

  • Personalised written recommendations by email

  • A full month of WhatsApp support (text and voice notes) as you make changes

  • Real-time answers to the "is this normal?" moments as they come up.

This is for you if you're dealing with:

  • Frequent night wakes, split nights, early rises, an unsettled unhappy little one

  • Bedtime battles or resistance

  • Nap challenges

  • Or simply wanting company and reassurance while you make changes, rather than doing it completely alone

By the end of the month, you'll have:

  • A real understanding of what's driving your child's sleep, not just a list of tweaks

  • Changes that actually fit your family

  • New, powerful ways to support yourself as you move through this journey

  • More trust in yourself and your child going forward

FOR THE MUMS

Somatic Experiencing Session | £100

90 minute online space for you to actually feel what's going on, rather than just talk about it.

Motherhood brings up a lot, and not always in ways that make sense on the surface. Perhaps a meltdown that sends you straight into your own rage. A cry that makes your chest tighten before you've even registered why. A version of yourself showing up that you don't recognise, and don't quite like.

These sessions are a space to tune into your somatic experience of motherhood - this is what's actually happening in your body, not just in your head - and gently explore the "triggers" that come up in response to your child's emotions and behaviour. In these spaces we are asking the thinking mind to take a back seat so that we can tune in and actually feel into what is happening in the body, so you can start to view and experience them differently.

Where we might spend the time:

  • A specific reaction that keeps catching you off guard - the one you can't quite explain

  • Noticing what happens in your body before, during, and after a hard moment with your child

  • Exploring where an old pattern might be showing up in a new context

  • Finding a bit more space between what your child does and how you respond

  • Simply having somewhere to land, if things have been a lot lately

By the end of the session, I hope you will have:

  • A clearer sense of what's actually happening in your body when you're triggered

  • Some tools to notice and work with that reaction in the moment, rather than being run by it

  • A little more space between the trigger and your response

  • Somewhere you've properly been heard, not just advised

How it works: 90 minutes online, one to one, where we follow what's actually alive for you that day, using somatic techniques to help your nervous system discover and process what your thinking mind often can't reach alone.

This isn't therapy, and it isn't a diagnosis of anything. It's a space to notice and explore what's coming up for you.

45 Minute Check In | £45

Standalone 45 minute video check-in calls available to previous families.

Here’s what we will explore together…

EDUCATION

Normalising what’s actually normal when it comes to infant sleep (rather than the sleep training BS that’s so commonly spread!) - so that you can ditch the guilt and feel confident giving your little one the support they need.

PLAYING DETECTIVE!

Identifying potential issues that could be causing your little one to struggle with getting to sleep or staying asleep, and ruling out any ‘red flags’ that could benefit from further investigation,

MAKING GENTLE CHANGES

Together we review everything that could be having an impact on their sleep (inc. many things you may not have considered!) + I’ll make respectful recommendations which allow you to continue supporting + responding.

Whatever's going on with your child's sleep, the way I approach it is always the same - we get to the bottom of what's actually causing the struggle, rather than trying to force a fix.

Removing barriers, not forcing behaviour

A lot of sleep support focuses on behavioural intervention. On getting your child to do something differently. But that's not what we do here.

Instead, we start by asking why.

Why is sleep hard right now?
What's getting in the way?

Is it something biological, developmental, environmental - or a mix of things?

We start from the belief that your child isn't broken and doesn't need fixing. They just need the right conditions, environment and support in order to feel safe and able to sleep.

NO 12 HOUR SLEEP GUARANTEES HERE…

We're not training your child to need you less. We're not chasing 12 hours by 12 weeks. We're not pretending every baby fits the same curve, or that "self-soothing" is a skill a six-month-old's brain is capable of learning.

I want to be honest with you: I can't promise sleep will be "fixed" - and I'd be wary of anyone who does. Babies and toddlers aren't problems to be solved. Some sleep challenges have a real, findable cause, and can genuinely improve in a short space of time. Others are just part of this season of life, and the support there is in adjusting your expectations, arming you with tools and strategies to support yourself through the tough spells.

What I can promise: is that you'll come away calmer, less stressed, and far more confident in how you're supporting your child. Sometimes that shift in how you feel about sleep matters every bit as much as the sleep itself.
